A support session for parents and caregivers (antenatal and 0-2 years). Meet a Specialist Parent Infant Mental Health Practitioner for up to 1 hour 15 mins. This time is personal to you, from thinking about current feelings and experiences, to making plans which might help the demands of daily life to feel more manageable.
