Best Start Family Hub Bright Meadows

Bright Meadows Best Start Family Hub is located on Greenroyd Avenue at the back of St Catherine’s Academy, of New Lane in Breightmet. It provides a friendly, supportive space for all families with children and young people aged 0-19 (up to 25 with SEND).

Whether you’re expecting a baby, raising a toddler, supporting a teenager, or just looking for somewhere to connect with other families, we are here to help. We bring together local services in one place so you can get the right support, at the right time, without having to navigate lots of different services.
